This text applies to the privacy of the phones where the Hogia Terminal WorkIt application is installed.
The purpose of the application Hogia Terminal WorkIt ("App") is to confirm work orders in the Hogia
Terminal Operating System and provide the system with location information for the units on the terminal. The user uses HogiaID (email address) to identify who is logged in on the app to ensure that the user has the right permissions to perform operations / receive information.
If the user is authorized (permitted) to use the built-in GPS function of the phone it will use the current position to identify the location/parking place where the user is located. This information is sent to the Hogia Terminal Operating System when confirming a work order. The user is prompted to give permission for the app to use tracking of the mobile device“s position.
The built in camera is used to read barcodes to identify the work order that should to be confirmed. No images are saved on the phone. The user is prompted to give permission for the app to use the camera and photo library.
When starting the App for the first time, a unique ID is created and sent to the Hogia Terminal Operating System to pair the mobile phone with the system. This unique ID is used each time a work order is confirmed. By doing this, every work order that has been confirmed can be associated with the mobile phone (and user) that performed the operation.
The login and access to information is individual. The email address used to login is sent to the server in order to monitor incorrect or unauthorized access. All calls to the Hogia Terminal Operating System are logged. Data is securely transferred to and from Hogia's services. The user's identity is credited via login and only invited users have permission to log in.
Hogia does not sell or transfer data from the application to third parties unless otherwise agreed.
